HO scale decal set done in three colors, Aluminum, Dulux Gold, and Black.
This set provides roadname, car names, and car numbers for any of the 38 lightweight streamlined passenger cars operated by the RF&P.
Aluminum is for ACL pool cars used 1946 thru 1957/8.  All lettering would overlay purple letter, name, and numberboards on stainless steel cars.
Dulux Gold -Gold leaf lettering was used on RF&Ps Old Dominion streamliner, and is very close to the lettering on PRR-N&W thru New York - Richmond - Norfolk pool service smoothside 10-6 "King" sleepers. (PRR striping must be purchased from Microscale, #87-892.)
Black lettering was used on Seaboard pool cars, and ACL and SCL pool repaints from 1957-8 thru 1972.  A few cars lingered in storage until 1976 when purchased by Auto Train Corp in 1976.
The set includes lettering for in both black and aluminum for ACL cars repaints when necessary.
I do provide a sheet with car information and instructions.

RF&P Passenger Cars #2 includes GOLD lettering for Pullman Green Railway Mail and Express Cars and Baggage-Express cars in the 100 series. Includes RPOs 101-105, and Heavyweight ACF Baggage cars in the 160 to 191 series and Wood Express cars in the 280 series, and can be used on RF&P Heavyweight short passenger cars (less than 80 feet in length).

This set also includes additional numbers for Walther’s Bi-level Auto Train car carriers in Amtrak phase 3 (black) and 4 (dark blue) as well as A-T stenciling (white) for brown ex-CN cars acquired by Auto Train in early 1972 and pressed into service before being rebuilt and repainted.

Lastly, two shades of purple striping can be used for Auto-Train striping on passenger, freight, and locomotives (dark purple/7.75 inch) and lighter purple as an alternative to painting the letter and numberboard striping on RF&P’s ACL pool cars. It is intentionally lighter than the striping on the ACLSAL HS decal set.  Three widths are included, for the RR name, number and car name, and “Pullman” ID plates. The car names are all included in RF&P set number 1.  Set #2 is smaller in size than set #1, so it is priced accordingly at $3.00 each and 2 or more sets for $2.50 each.  Shipping for set #2 (only) will be $.50 for any order.
